Summers End

Though the long days are slowly extending the night hours as the summer comes to a close I'm left asking myself; what styles and trends are we in store for? Do the long nights dictate the plight of flannel take a comfortable hold on our being; allowing the trend into a cozy mainstream? Is this a much needed comfort or are we going to tough it out through tough times in a more rigid capacity? Do the long nights dictate the flannel ? Is the drop waist going to drop further or rise to a new occasion?

When the times are rough and the nasdaq drops waistlines seem to do the same, hair gets longer and either red or white takes the lead. The summer is setting to a season of florescent and punch drunk colors that emulated the energy. What subtle tones await us in the Autumn falls?

I sense the need for comfort is more needed now then ever before. Look out snuggie blanket a whole new need for wearable comfort encroaches in cocoon like necessity.

How chunky are your shoes? So long flats and hello streamline tennies with the eco-friendly twist. How does that bamboo feel? What about that sugar cane scarf, is it keeping you as warm as the alpaca, and the cashmere? Times call for new now and next.
